I think I've got it: Aranruth, sword fo the Kings of Numenor, 'brother' of the scepter of the kings, it was lost when Ar-Pharazon sailed towards Valinor. The scepter was brought to Middle Earth by Elendil, in the 4th age Elrond gave it to Aragorn as he is a descendent of the kings of Numenor. Am I right?

The answer you are giving is wrong, it is not Aranruth. However, you do actually mention the correct answer in your explanation.

well, I know it isn't very fair of me as Eowyn already answered it almost perfectly, but...
anyway, it is the sceptre of Numenor, the one Ar-Pharazon had
after Elendil came to ME he took the Sceptre of Annuminas as the symbol for royalty
and...eventually after the Downfall of Arnor it was passed down through the generations of the Kings of Arthedain and their descendants, the Chieftains of the Dúnedain, so reaching Aragorn

That is CORRECT!!!!!

The Elf of the Spray is Elros, there were three Queens of Numenor, the Sceptre of Kings is buried under hills in Valinor, and Annuminas is Sindarin for West-Tower. Thank you all for playing.

ah...I have to think...

I saw as they both fell
I saw as they came and went
I wrote a song about that day
To commemorate and to lament

Although I don't think it fits in with the rest of the riddle, could that be the Two Trees?

I will ask a new one:

None knew whence I came,
But the Elves say I'm to blame,
For the slaying of some Trees of Light,
and rendered them to the dark night.

It easy but I like it...

^ Didn't notice that myself until now!

Okay, new riddle, also an easy one...

One of the oldest living things am I,

and lonely, for not many of my kin live.

Ever searching I am in Middle Earth,

for I have lost my wive.

sorry, I somehow forgot
I'll just make one now, not to forget again...
hmmm...

We are friends of the Atani
And in forests we live
Our laughter is pure
But to Orcs deadly blows we give
