We are doing really well this week. I think we are third on one site and joint first on another. 
It's really helps bring new people here if we are somewhere at the top.

Yeah Its really good. I also have noticed the new 'no right click on images' facility - that should prevent bandwidth theft.

Yes I think the order they are put in on the Homepage is in order of importance. So the top site is the best and could do with the most votes, whilst the bottom site is less important and needs fewer posts. Thats the impression I get when I vote on them...

I will try to remember to do so if it will have a positive effect on membership and activity. After all, the TT100 is how I discovered these forums.  And I registered my Tolkien calendar collecting website there when there were fewer than 10 websites registered, and I do have a "Vote for us at TT100" link on it.  As a very small subset of Tolkienalia, it appeals to a far smaller crowd than a site like Tolkien forums.

A thought occurred to me after submitting my immediately preceeding post: Instead of using the Tolkien Forums link in my bookmarks list, I could instead use the TT100 bookmark on Mondays or Tuesdays and come here via the link there.  (Or I could use the link on the TF homepage as you suggest).  One way or the other, I will vote for this site!
