Question on the 3 Elven rings.

So, Sauron helped Celebrimbor with making the seven and the nine rings and put some of his power into them so he could control those who wore them.

Does anyone know what source of "magic" Celebrimbor used to power the three for the elves?  Elves have some limited powers but the three were powerful and the magic had to be spread out over the three.

Thank you!
