Died, but was brought back to life.

 

 

BTW; the signature is from LoTR. It is Elendil's Oath, which Elrond sang at his crowning. It means: "Out of the Great Sea to Middle-Earth I am come. Here I will abide, and my heirs, unto the Ending of the World."
