New to the site- Azaghal

CURSE MY EYES!!! i posted this in the wrong area, should be in the Intro - Fanatics.....

Hey folks, ive been a fan/fanatic of Tolkien's work for over 30 years.  My 5th grade teacher read The Hobbit to us when the weather didnt permit recess and thusly was my obsession kindled, LOL.  The Silmarillion is my favorite, but the Lord of the Rings is amazing as well.  I am proud of my Sil./LotR/Tolkien reference library, but still have a few to go.   These works have also given me a serious love of bladed weapons.

I hope to learn alot and maybe give where i can and making friends.  -- Eric

Welcome and well met azaghal. Cool name by the way. Dive right in to the topics on the forum page and revive some of the old topics or even start a whole new one. You'll see pretty soon that the members here are very knowledgeable and friendly. I have been a member here about a year now and I enjoy checking in and adding to on-going topics or even older ones brought back to life by new members like yourself. So enjoy and type away!

Again,

Welcome and well met!

Welcome to the Forums azaghal. Just stay away from Dragons and you will be fine. No Glaurungs here, but you never know where his kin pops up these days

A prolific poster, if I have ever seen one. Sort of reminds me of a certain person who called me a "Prolific Poster" I wonder what happened to Rumil.

azaghal,

I love it!  It tells who you are and has that nice bite of humor at the end.

Hope you will try more in "The Riddle Game" and on other threads.
