So your Galadriel and you return to the 'Undying Land'.
Tell me about your first day back, you've been gone a few thousand years. At the end of the first age you went east some of your friends when west, who are you going to look up? Your husband has never been there your his guide. What site are you going to show him? There got to be SOMETHING they had to eat in the West that you can't get in M-e What's your first meal?
One other thing to think about How's the place changed?
I'd probably firstly see my father Finarfin, who rules the remaining Noldor. Then I would check to see how the Teleri were at Alqualonde. I'd give Frodo a guided tour.
I would go first to my daughterCelebrían, and give her a really big hug because it has been centuries since I saw her last. Then I would go and see what Gimli and Legolas are up to. Then I would go and check out the House of Tulkas and Vaná and re-introduce myself to the martial part of me my husband tried to suppress. Then I'd ask for permission to visit the Halls of Mandos and Fui to see my Grandaughter Arwen who died of a broken heart in Gondor. I would eat lots of fresh Valinorian fruits and vegetables from Yavanna's Garden, and drink lots of meade and then visit Melian and Thingol to say Hello.

Arwen's answer is so good, I could barely add anything. She might pass by Feanor and give him the middle finger as well though. :D Gilril, also nice... definitely something all Elves longed to do once back home.
But, most I like the part about Legolas and Gimli, although ArwenL, you must take into account that the two arrived after she did. As for Arwen, I personally doubt that she was still within any Elf's reach after death.
