but...haldir does not come from hal+dir it comes from skal+dir SKAL- screen, hide Derivative name Haldir 'hidden hero' [DER] (son of Orodreth); So in this case Haldir came from Skalder, which meant hidden one

ah, that isn't so bad for girls i mean...boys always have to be taller...I think it is better then you beeing 1m 90cm...you'd have trouble finding a taller guy...hehe... but Haldir was tall...actually are Elves were tall
hehe... I'm 17, but I have 5 girls in my class that are about your height...it isn't that bad... you know..height isn't really the most important thing for a girl...
