Another new member from Portugal

Greetings to all

This is my firs post and, please, let me introduce myself. I'm from Portugal, and i've already noticed that there are more Portuguese members. I've discovered Tolkien's works in the 80's, and read LOTR, THe Silmarillion, Tom Bombadill and Unfinished Tales, but only the Portuguese translations. Due to meny reasons, even beeing overwhelmed by Tolkien´s writing I had to "leave" Middle Earth for some very long years. I´m now returning to "the road" aiming to the lands of wonder and wisdom...even though I'm studying computer networks and preparing to start university studies next year (at 51 years of age!...)I'll try to be present on the forums. Please forgive me for the errors, and, probably, at first i may have some difficulty with location names, since I only now them in Portuguese, but I'll try to "disassemble" again to English, and i'm looking for English versions online.

May the light of the Valar shine upon you

 JPRT

Suilad mellon nín. What does JPRT stand for. I am originally from Europe as well, so I understand about making mistakes. Just ask me if you ever need somebody to help. And there are several of us in their 50s. I am one of those.

So make yourself comfortable and don't worry of mistakes.
